The Contact Form Tab type allows you to embed a fully customizable contact form directly within your product tabs, making it easy for customers to get in touch with you. This feature is perfect for handling inquiries, scheduling meetings, or managing wholesale requests without redirecting customers to a separate page.
The form includes several standard fields that you can enable or disable individually, such as Name, Email, Website, Subject, and Message. You can also set any of these fields as “Required” to ensure you receive all the necessary information from the user.
Like all tab types in Smart Tabs, the Contact Form Tab can be applied to all products, specific categories, brands, or individual products. You also have the flexibility to exclude certain products or allow per-product overrides, ensuring maximum customization for your store.
