The FAQs tab type allows you to create and display a list of frequently asked questions with collapsible answers, perfect for organizing information and improving user experience.
You can add multiple FAQs to the tab, and choose between three accordion display modes: “First Open,” “All Open,” or “All Folded”. This gives you control over how much information is shown to the user by default.
Like all tab types in Smart Tabs, the FAQs tab can be applied to all products, specific categories, brands, or individual products. You also have the flexibility to exclude certain products or allow per-product overrides, ensuring maximum customization for your store.
The FAQs tab is most commonly used for:
- General Questions: Answering common questions about your products or services.
- Common Questions: Providing replies to the most frequent customer inquiries.
- Replies: Organizing customer replies in an easy-to-read format.
